In this global era, the business competition among the firms are so tight, including in inn
field. The serve in this field need special attention, because it's about consumer’s
satisfaction, so good moral workers, professional, discipline and responsible in doing his
duty are needed. These term are needed in increasing work productivity, serve quality,
and competition power in our own country and abroad. But, in fact, there are still workers
that less in work productivity. Some literature told that work productivity is also
influenced by satisfaction and work motivation. Based on the background above, in this
research the writer choose Riyadi Palace Hotel in Surakarta as an object of the
research. Total amount of the workers are sixty consist of the leaders and the workers.
Fifty two workers are chosen as sample are fixed as random sampling. The aim of this
research is knowing the influence of satisfaction factor and work motivation towards
work productivity of the worker of Riyadi Palace Hotel in Surakarta. From the research
we can conclude that validity test and reliability test all questioner are fulfill the
requirement. From the partial test, satisfaction variable and work motivation in double
way significantly influence the work productivity. and based on the regresi equivalent
shows that work motivation variable have bigger influence to work productivity. Together
test both variable also significantly influence, and determination coefficient test both
variable, satisfaction and work motivation, can explain work productivity variable,
